Unlike most traditional nutty biscotti, this cranberry biscotti recipe is very flavorful and perfect for those that prefer a bold, rich, and sweet flavor.

Cranberry Biscotti Ingredients
2 1/4 cupflour
1 tspbaking powder
1 cupsugar
2eggs
1 tspvanilla extract
1pinch of salt
1/2 cupconfectioner's sugar
2-3 tspmilk
1 1/2 cupscranberries, dried, sweet
3/4 cupwalnuts, chopped, toasted (optional)
Cranberry Biscotti Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and cranberries. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and beat until smooth. Mix in optional walnuts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
Slice loaf as desired. Place slices on baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes on each side or until crisp.
Add milk slowly to confectioner's sugar until mixture reaches drizzle consistency. Drizzle over finished biscotti.
