Easy Biscotti Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted (optional)

Easy Biscotti Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in cake mix. Fold in walnuts.
  3. Form dough into desired shape and thickness. Transfer to lightly-greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven to 325 degrees.
  6. Cool loaf for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice loaf diagonally and place slices on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes on each side.
